Project Cancellation
If you need to cancel your web development project, the following policies apply:
- Cancellation before work begins: Full refund of any deposit paid
- Cancellation during design phase: Refund minus hours worked at our standard rate
- Cancellation during development: Refund minus work completed, with delivery of completed components
- Cancellation after project completion: No refund available
Revision Policy
All klixarunxar website packages include revision rounds as specified in your project agreement. We work with you to make adjustments until you are satisfied with the design and functionality within the scope of your project.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Significant delays caused by klixarunxar that were not communicated
- Failure to deliver agreed-upon features or functionality
- Substantial deviation from approved designs without client consent
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Third-party services purchased on your behalf such as domain names and hosting
- Stock images, fonts, or plugins purchased for your project
- Rush fees or expedited service charges
- Completed and approved work
Refund Process
To request a refund or discuss project concerns:
- Contact us within 14 days of the issue arising
- Provide detailed information about your concerns
- Allow up to 5 business days for review
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our initial response to a refund request, we encourage open communication to reach a fair resolution. We value our client relationships and will work in good faith to address concerns.
