Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom website designs and code created specifically for their project. Klixarunxar retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party components, libraries, and stock assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules and amounts are outlined in individual project proposals. Standard terms include an initial deposit before work begins and final payment upon project completion. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Limitation of Liability
Klixarunxar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.
